  • Commitments and actuals: Daily target commitments and actual performance data entered by your team.
  • Department and organizational structure: Department names, KPI definitions, team member roles.

2.3 Waitlist Information

If you join our waitlist before the product launches, we collect your email address and the source of your signup.

We do not sell your business data, financial metrics, or any other user data to third parties.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service:

STRIVE OS™ is a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is strictly isolated from all other organizations using row-level security policies enforced at the database level. No other organization can view, access, or query your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active.

  • Your control: You may request the deletion of your account and data at any time.
  • Deletion process: Contact us at jon@jonmayo.com. We will process your deletion request within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain by law (e.g., payment records).

7. Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures (encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security) through our infrastructure partners. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy

STRIVE OS™ is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
